I just placed my first order with Vion so I can't speak to the quality of the products yet. However, I made an error in my order and realized it immediately after I placed the order. I emailed their customer service and asked if it was possible to fix my error before the products were shipped. To my amazement, it was fixed within minutes. I got an updated email with my new order, another email explaining the difference in price (giving me a small refund), and a personal response from Luke at Vion explaining that he took care of my issue. I then responded asking for his boss' info so I could brag on him. What does he do? He expresses appreciation and simply asks that I leave a review of Vion's products somewhere as that would help the business grow. I hope I love the products as much as I appreciate how they handled this situation. If I do they'll have found a customer for life. Thanks Luke!

Stop working after a few months

I must say that I was very happy with this purchase, unfortunately it stop working when connecting to my iPhone. The quality and the flexibility of the cable is very nice and the length was ideal for use in my Tesla. Too bad it turned out to be defective in some way.
